NEW PRIMA

Good morning everyone!

Well if you haven't had a chance to check out the new lines by Prima you are going to love what they have done this Spring. One of my favorite lines this season is Songbird. The patterns are so pretty and colors so soft which is why Lynn was so drawn to creating this gorgeous layout of her newest family member Daisy!

Lynn decided to dig down deep into her stash and pull out an old photo of her now grown son and create this amazing layout using the new Echo Park This & That "Charming" line. I can't wait to use this line it is one of my many favorites this season.

THE WONDERFUL WORLD OF PAPER CRAFTING

Good morning everyone!

If you didn't see our email last night you will be excited to hear that Prima arrived yesterday and there are some wonderful new papers and embellishments!

Hard to believe but so often we are asked what scrapbooking is? Yes, I know there are still some out there that really don't know what its all about. The one thing that we love to share is that its not just scrapbooking, its card making, home decor, mixed media and paper crafting! So when I found this great little project it made me think of the whole paper crafting thing and how amazing and easy it can be to make something so unique as this. Created by Creature Comforts, this unique project would make the perfect home decor/gift. And when you check out their tutorial you will see how easy it is and a great way to recycle old paper backs!

THE CUTEST LITTLE SHOES EVER!

Good morning everyone!

These are the cutest little Mary Jane shoes I have ever seen and you to can make them! Just follow the easy instructions from Stampington & Company and this adorable project becomes the perfect gift for a new babies room or perhaps the decoration on top of a present, in place of a card or that perfect item for a configuration box!

A CREATIVE FORM

Some of us think outside the box but Jan thinks way outside the box. Her creations are so amazing and we can only be so thankful to be able to share them with you.

While on a shopping trip to Homesense she came across this dress form and from there it turned into something of a work of art.

Using the new Graphic 45 Kraft line, some fancy detail cutting and a wooden Kaiser doily Jan creation came to life.

Trinity Paper Arts

Good morning everyone!

During our trip to CHA this winter we came across a new company called Trinity Paper Arts. They are a new company with three great new lines featuring double sided papers & stickers. We brought in two of their new lines one being sports, which by the way we loved the way they put a different sport on either side of the paper, and their vacation line, which boasts beautiful tropical colors!

Now meet Lynn! Lynn is a new member of our design team who will be creating layouts for our store display and blog! Welcome Lynn!!!!

Lynn took home some of the Surf & Swimm line and created this great layout of her family on vacation!

LOVING COLOR

The first thing that drew me to this project was the color! I love color, I think it makes me happy, especially when combined with other bright happy colors! The second thing that drew me to this project of course was envelopes!!! I love using small enveloped on pages, cards and projects but its not always easy to find something that coordinates. So thankful to Minieco they have included a template on their blog for these wonderful envelopes and in two sizes!
